Brought to America by Mennonite families in the late 1800s, Turkey Red helped shape agriculture across the Great Plains and remains a favorite among artisan bakers for its rich flavor, excellent baking performance, and naturally high protein content—typically around 14%.
This harvest was grown on our Missouri family farm, where the land spent more than forty years in the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) before returning to production under USDA Certified Organic standards. Every harvest is independently tested glyphosate-free and carefully cleaned and packaged to preserve the integrity of the grain.
