Due to the nature of our products, all sales of wheat berries are final and cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on consumable products.
2. Exchanges
We only offer replacements for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. If you receive a damaged item (such as a broken mug or packaging that opened during transit), please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
3. Exchange Process
To request a replacement, please email our support team with your order number and a photo showing the damaged item and its packaging. Once the issue is verified, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost.
4. Order Issues
If you experience any other issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery, and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
